Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 24 Aug 2026

1. Who these terms are with

These terms are an agreement between you and BNPRS, registered at #5-216/1-3, AI Technology Park, Amalapuram, Konaseema, 533201, Andhra Pradesh, INDIA. ("Aandhipe", "we", "us").

2. Accepting these terms

Creating an Aandhipe account — whether with an email and password or by completing sign-in through Google — means you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with them, don't create an account.

3. Who can use Aandhipe

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract under Indian law. By creating an account you confirm that you are.

4. Your account

  • Give accurate information when you register, and keep it current.
  • Keep your password to yourself. Tell us immediately at support@bnprs.in if you think someone else has access to your account.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account, including any order placed by whoever is signed into it.
  • One person, one account. Don't create an account on someone else's behalf without their authority.
  • You can close your account at any time — in the app at Profile → Delete Account, or from the web at Click here.

5. What Aandhipe is — and what it isn't

Aandhipe is a platform. Independent merchants build storefronts ("mini apps") inside it, and we process the payment when you buy from one.

The merchant operating a mini app is the seller of record. The contract for what you buy is between you and that merchant. They are responsible for:

  • The description, quality, safety and legality of what they sell
  • Pricing, stock and availability
  • Fulfilment and delivery
  • Their own returns, cancellations and warranty terms
  • Any after-sales support

We review a mini app before it goes live and can suspend or remove one that breaks these terms, but we are not the seller and we do not warrant a merchant's goods or services.

6. Payments

  • Every payment on Aandhipe is processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, through their Standard Checkout SDK embedded in the app. Your use of it is also subject to Razorpay's own terms.
  • Prices shown in a mini app are set by that merchant and include taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We never see or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank credentials.
  • The amount you are asked to pay is always calculated by our servers, never by the mini app — a mini app cannot alter the amount at checkout.
  • If a payment is captured but your order doesn't appear, contact us and we will reconcile it against the payment processor's record.

7. Refunds and cancellations

  • Refund eligibility is governed by a refund window measured from the day your payment is captured. A platform-wide default applies, and an individual merchant may set a different window for their own store. The window that applies to your order is the merchant's, where they have set one.
  • A refund request made outside the applicable window will be refused.
  • Where a merchant has set a zero-day window, refunds are not available for that store.
  • Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Razorpay. Timing depends on your bank or UPI provider and is typically 5–7 working days.
  • Cancellation before dispatch, and any merchant-specific return policy, is a matter between you and that merchant.
  • Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

8. Mini apps

  • A mini app is third-party software. Using it means you also accept that merchant's own terms where they have any.
  • When you open a mini app we pass it your name, phone number and an Aandhipe user identifier, and — only if you agree to the prompt — your location. See our Privacy Policy, Section 7.
  • A mini app cannot access your email, date of birth, login credentials, or payment details.
  • If a mini app misbehaves, tell us at support@bnprs.in. We can suspend or remove it.

9. Acceptable use

Don't:

  • Defraud another user, a merchant, or us
  • Attempt to access another person's account
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with the app, or attempt to bypass its security or payment controls
  • Interfere with normal operation — including automated access, scraping, or overwhelming our systems
  • Use Aandhipe for money laundering, for any unlawful purpose, or to buy or sell anything unlawful
  • Impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity

We may suspend or terminate an account that does any of these.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if it breaches these terms, is under active fraud or chargeback review, or where we are required to by law or a regulator. Where we reasonably can, we'll tell you why and give you a route to respond. You may close your own account at any time — see Section 4.

11. Intellectual property

The Aandhipe name, logo, app and platform are ours or licensed to us. A mini app's content, branding and product listings belong to the merchant who built it. Nothing in these terms transfers any of it to you; you get a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for its intended purpose.

12. Availability

We aim to keep Aandhipe running, but we don't promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and may run maintenance that makes the app temporarily unavailable.

13. Liability

To the fullest extent Indian law allows:

  • We provide the platform and process payments. We are not liable for a merchant's goods or services — their quality, description, safety, legality or delivery. That responsibility sits with the merchant.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or data.
  • For anything we are liable for, our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid through the app in the transaction the claim relates to.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the app, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Disputes with a merchant

A dispute about goods or services is between you and the merchant. Raise it with them first. If you can't resolve it, contact us at support@bnprs.in — we will help mediate and, where a refund is due within the applicable window, facilitate it. We are not obliged to resolve a dispute in your favour and are not a party to your contract with the merchant.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Amalapuram,AndhraPradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

17. Grievance Officer

Name: Murali Krishna Dodda
Email: krishna@bnprs.in

Acknowledgement within 48 hours; resolution within 30 days.

18. Changes to these terms

We'll update the date at the top when these terms change. Where a change materially affects how you can use the app or your rights, we'll tell you through the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Aandhipe after that means you accept the change.

19. General

If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stands. Our not enforcing a right isn't a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them to a successor entity. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the app.
